Finally, I made the necessary visit to the K Saturday with my dad and uncle to see Greinke pitch.  We had great (free) seats right behind the visitor’s dugout and saw him pitch stellar 8 innings with 8 strikeouts while giving up only one unearned run, but, alas, it’s the Royals, so he ended with a no decision and the team with a 2-1 loss.  He’s still the best pitcher in the American League.
Well, that’s it for my tour of Kansas City, now just a lot of final shopping, packing, and preparation left to do.  I’ll keep y’all updated as London rapidly approaches.
